Instructor: PETER GARBERA, Virginia Tech graduate and artist in residence at Art Pannonia. As an independent artist, Peter lived in California for 30 years. He conducted workshops and gave seminars in the Bay Area. His "plain air" teaching is very popular for children and adults alike.
